Our adhesives will last for 5-7 weeks after the bottle has been opened. Make sure it's stored in a cool dry place, preferably in the sealed pouch it came in with the silica pack, to extend its shelf life.
The shelf life of an unopened bottle is up to 6 months. Be sure to store your unopened bottles in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
If you really want, you can store your unopened adhesive in the fridge but it must be brought back to room temperature a few hours before using it or it will go bad quickly! Under no circumstances should you store opened bottles in the fridge!
Because the shelf life of our adhesives is 5-7 weeks after the bottle has been opened, we believe that it's best practice to sell smaller bottles in order to provide the most consistent products to our customers.
We will consider selling 10ml bottles if there is a demand for it, so please let us know!

All orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days of them being placed. If you'd like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop it being shipped out.
If your order has already been shipped then you will need to send the product to our return address after it has been delivered. See more info in the Returns section on this page.
Due to the nature of our products, we will only accept returns if your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If this is the case, please message us at email@example.com or use the contact us form and we will send you further details on how you can return your product.
If you have used the product, unfortunately we will not be able to accept it as a return, unless it is defective. If there are any issues then please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate or assist you. We aim to provide world class customer service!
